Ticket Upgrade Process

If you want to upgrade your ticket to a higher-value option for the same event OR switch your ticket to a different show time for the same event, please follow these steps:

  1. Purchase Your New Ticket(s):

    • First, purchase the ticket(s) you wish to upgrade to. Your new ticket(s) must be of equal or greater value than your original ticket(s) and must be for the same event.
  2. Submit a Refund Request for the Original Ticket(s) using e-mail used in order:

    • After purchasing the new ticket(s), submit a refund request for your original ticket(s) with the email used to create the order to refunds@eventpro.ky.
    • Important: Refund requests must be submitted no later than 5 hours before the event start time. We are not responsible for a denied refund request if you attempt to exchange/upgrade your tickets at the last minute.
  3. Send Refund Request Details:

    • Send your refund request from the email address associated with your original order.
    • In your request, include:
      • The order number of your original ticket(s).
      • The order number of the new ticket(s) you purchased as a replacement.
      • Details of the upgrade/exchange request.
  4. Review and Approval:

    • As long as the new tickets are for the same event and of equal or greater value than the original tickets, we will waive the refund policy to facilitate the upgrade. Once your request is received, our team will review it to ensure it meets the upgrade criteria.
    • If approved, a refund for your original ticket(s) will be processed by the next business day. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Terms & Conditions

  • Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted no later than 5 hours before the event start time.
  • Same Event Only: The new ticket(s) must be for the same event as the original ticket(s).
  • Higher Value Requirement: The new ticket(s) must have a greater value than the original ticket(s).
  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your account.
