If you haven’t received your tickets via email, it could be because it has been categorized as spam so be sure to check your spam folder.
There are alternative ways to access them:
1. Access Tickets Through EventPro Website
- Log in to your EventPro account at https://eventpro.ky/my-account/orders/.
- Go to My Orders and select the relevant order.
- Once inside the order details, you can view and download your tickets directly from the ticket table.
If you would like to retrieve your tickets without logging in, you can use your ORDER ID and Billing Email to view your order details and download your tickets using the following link: https://eventpro.ky/tracking/
2. Use the EventPro Mobile App
- Download the EventPro app for your device at https://eventpro.ky/download.
- After installing, log in with your EventPro account.
- Tap on My Tickets in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- You’ll be able to view your tickets, download them, or add them directly to your Android or Apple Wallet for easy access at the event.
