Purpose
Event organizers often need to gather specific information from attendees when they purchase tickets. EventPro allows organizers to customize forms attached to ticket purchases, ensuring they collect all necessary details for a smooth and well-informed event experience.

Overview
EventPro provides the option to create a custom form for any event, with various field types available to capture specific attendee information. Once created, these forms will appear during the ticket-purchasing process. The collected data is available in the attendee list and can be exported for further use.

How to Request a Custom Form
To add a custom form to your event in EventPro, follow these steps:

  1. Create a Support Ticket: Submit a support request through EventPro, specifying that you’d like a custom form to be added to your event.

  2. Include Your Requirements: In the support ticket, list the fields you want in the form, along with any custom labels and specific configurations.

  3. Attach Form to Event: EventPro's support team will create and attach the form to your event as requested. Once completed, the form will appear in the ticket purchase flow.
